For Adjudicators/Liaisons:

Currently only people who have attended NHTA training are granted access to the Adjudication Website.  If you attended training but have not yet been emailed your login ID, please email us with the following required information:

1. Date and Location that you last attended NH Theatre Award Training
2. Full Name
3. Associated Theatre Company Name
4. Access Level (Liaison, Adjudicator, or Backup Adjudicator)
5. Contact Phone Number
6. Unique Primary Email Address (cannot be shared with another Adjudicator or Liaison)
7. Mailing Address

For Theatre Companies:

Theatre companies are required to fill out an application form.  Please email us at the above email address to request the application form.  Expect to supply the following information and more:

1. Company Name
2. Company Contact person
3. Company Mailing Address
4. Company Email Address
5. Company Website
6. Year of incorporation
